Description
I would leave this PDA - its not on paper but we use it to do things we used to use paper for. After its been in the archive for a while I expect people wont be able to use it any more and there will be all sorts of discussions about how to archive the things that are in its memory. Becuase we use so many of these devices in our lives there is probably going to be a big change in the ideas and events that archives can record - its almost as if there will be a huge gap where diaries and address books used to be. On the other hand there must be much more paper in other archives since computers make more not less paperwork there must be a huge increase in big reports and metings papers and accounts. I wonder what we will find in local history collections in a hundred years and if it will tell people very much wbout the way we lived?
