Proboscis is a non-profit making company registered in England and Wales.
Proboscis takes its visitors' rights to privacy seriously and believes in the importance of keeping your personal information personal. It will never use your information for any use beyond that stated or the permissions you give us. This Policy does not apply to other entities that we do not own or control or persons that are not our employees, agents or within our control.

Proboscis' and Navigating History sites do not use cookies.

IP Addresses and Server Logs
Proboscis' and Navigating History sites records IP addresses and produces server logs – as all Web Servers do. This information is used solely for monitoring the volume of traffic the site receives and measuring the number of visitors. We do not use the information for tracking the activities of specific visitors to the site.

Email and Online Forms
Visitors who subscribe to our mailing lists, or complete any of our online forms, may be asked to supply personal data. Such data will be recorded and used only for the purposes indicated on the form. Proboscis will never use your data for anything beyond the reason stated and the permissions you grant us.

Proboscis will provide you with all of the details that we hold about you, both online and offline, upon request. Proboscis reserves the right to charge a £10 administration fee for this process.
